Global HRIS Manager

The HRIS Manager position is located at our US headquarters in Attleboro, MA. This position is responsible for providing global management of Sensata‚ s HRIS, Workday, including project management, technical consulting, systems strategies, HR Analytics as well as day to day systems administration. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization. This role will report directly to the VP, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS & Payroll.
This is position is a critical role to Sensata as Workday is the HR system of record capturing global HR information for over 20,000 employees worldwide. In this position you will collaborate with HR colleagues from around the world in support the company‚ s overall HRIS strategy.
    • Manage a global team of five employees as well as external vendor relationships and support
    • Keep current on Workday functionality enhancements and new developments. Assess and execute on WD semi-annual upgrades. Develop and maintain business processes and data integration
    • Partner with HR functional leads to understand needs and processes to determine appropriate Workday functionality. Coordinate with technical experts to ensure systems configuration
    • Design reporting and analytics strategy to address business needs
    • Advise on Workday Business Process and Security updates for CoreHCM, Recruiting and Learning
    • Analyze and direct all Workday related activities
    • As a member of a global team, you will have the opportunity to regularly interact with your team members around the globe on HR projects
    • Project manager for Workday new functionality or system enhancements
    • Regular education and communication around Workday systems functionality and process for HR, managers and employees
    • Ongoing focus on systems data integrity. Establish regular audit processes that support the locations globally
    • Responsible for WD security including the establishment and assignment of security profiles
    • Oversight for Workday day to day help desk. Address tier 2 and 3 systems issues
    • Manage people data integrations for acquisition events
    • Monitor regulatory compliance, data privacy requirements and facilitate SOX audit activities
    Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor‚ s degree required
    • 5-7 plus years HRIS related experience
    • 3 plus years‚ experience in Workday
    • Experience in Workday security, recruiting, performance management, advanced compensation desired
    • Strong Workday reporting and analytical skills
    • Project management experience desired
    • Strong analytical skills; highly detail oriented, Good skills in MS Office with strong Excel skills
    • Prior experience working on a global team. Ability to work in a high tech, matrix, global business environment with multiple stakeholders
    • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
    • 5% travel required, some international travel is possible

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
