Ideal Image, based in Tampa Florida, is the largest US retail provider of non-surgical cosmetic procedures with 130 centers across North America. The company is private-equity backed and has aggressive plans to expand the business by adding more centers and increasing the breadth and depth of services within each center.
The company offers a broad range of services including laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, wrinkle reduction and other services that improve physical appearance to enhance self-image and build self-confidence. All services are FDA-cleared/approved and rigorously tested at the company's R&D center; the services in each center are performed by registered nurses or other medically trained professionals.
Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will have analytical decision making skills, a great customer care disposition, be team oriented, have high integrity and is a rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for:
Evaluating guests' suitability for laser, aesthetic and other non-surgical cosmetic services
Operating and maintaining the laser systems
Acts as a liaison with Medical Director to ensure consistent adherence to established guest care standards and laser / injectable treatment protocols
As a trusted advisor you will be responsible for recommending and educating our guests on additional treatments that would benefit them
No laser or aesthetic injection experience necessary. We provide extensive paid training!
Qualifications
Associates (ADN) or Bachelor's degree (BSN) with an active license in the state of practice
Ability to relate well to guests and support staff
Experience in the performance of Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers a plus
Prior MedSpa, Dermatology, Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery experience a plus
