HR Business Partner

As a key member of the HR team, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives and programs in support of business plans and overall corporate objectives such as Talent Management; Performance Management; Workforce Planning; Talent Sourcing, New Employee Orientation and the annual Compensation Review Process. The HRBP will facilitate HR activities in support of the Global Human Resources team responsible for enabling global HR strategies and initiatives. This position will support the Chief Technology Officer organization, the Aftermarket organization, and the Global Marketing and Business Development teams within the Performance Sensing business unit.
Execute annual processes such as Talent Management, Succession Development, Compensation Review Process, 360 Feedback process, and integration of new hires
Partner with the business as the primary point of contact in developing an understanding of the people and organizational strategy needs and assist in designing and executing solutions in the areas of performance and talent management, succession planning, business process improvement, global teaming, rewards and recognition strategies, communications and staffing
Facilitate the effective resolution of day to day HR matters.
Coach business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communications, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development
Proactively initiate dialog with management, provide advice on issues affecting morale, performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps
Assist Business HR managers in creating and launching new programs aligned with the corporate HR strategy and programs
Ability to learn and run data reports utilizing systems such as Workday and analyze data as required
Create internal communications and manage projects through completion as needed
Job Requirements (Minimum):
BA/BS in Human Resources, Organization Development or Business required
4 years of experience in HR is required
PHR Certification preferred
Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Knowledge and understanding of a variety of areas within Human Resources including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits
Additional Details

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
