Director of Day Habilitation Services

INTRODUCTION: The Director of Adult Day Services is responsible for the overall management and administration of all Adult Day Services and support services. The management functions entail planning, budgeting, implementation and assessment of services to ensure that individuals' needs are being met and those services are of a high quality.
SUPERVISION GIVEN: Case Manager, Day Habilitation Nurse, Clinical Staff, Adult Day Program Staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required/Masters preferred. A Masters Degree can substitute for two years' experience not including the supervisory or administrative experience.

years' leadership and management experience in a human service
Demonstrated experience in change management and innovation, strategic planning, financial management, organizational growth and expansion.
Effective communicator, with experience developing decision-making processes and as a facilitator.
Demonstrated commitment to valuing, nurturing and celebrating diversity within the organization for staff and individuals and belief that cultural competence drives quality.
Mentor who nurtures and encourages the growth and development of all staff.
Comfort and capacity to work within a highly decentralized delivery system and centralized administrative service structure.
Understanding of complex financial planning, budgeting processes with multiple funding streams, balance sheets and financial statements.
Familiarity and experience with Massachusetts adult day programming.
Ability to work flexible hours separate from the Monday through Friday schedule when needed.
Maintain the following certifications/licenses: CPR/First Aid; SOLVE; MAP; Drivers License

SALARY: 42,000 - 48,000 Annually
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
