These entry level positions are designed to cross-train individuals in all facets of promotional sales and marketing into management.
The primary focus of this position is to promote our clients through campaign marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our sales and marketing team members to execute client campaigns. Our goal is to elevate our clients' brands and to build a consumer base through promotional marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of marketing plans
Impact sales results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing campaigns
Work directly with marketing managers to determine appropriate client strategies
Provide product/service support in order to establish proper communication with clients on campaign activities
Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral
Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, etc.
Position requires being reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations
Desired skills:
Customer service, leadership, or other people-oriented fields desired
Experience or training in sales, marketing, or customer service
Excellent communication and/or organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Desire to grow and succeed within a company
A positive attitude
