Our client Telemetry is a 40 bed Med-Surg/Telemetry Unit. The goal is to have a ratio of 4-5 patients per RN on days; 5 on evenings and 5-6 on nights. The unit has a nurse manager; unit based educator and a clinical coordinator / charge RN that acts as a resource to staff busy unit with 52 private rooms. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred. (Some positions may require additional experience related to specific skill area)
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION:
Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Massachusetts Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
