Position
Summary:

Our high tech client in southeastern MA is seeking a Human Resources leader who will be responsible for leading and driving HR strategy and initiatives for a large business unit. As a member of the Business staff, you will participate in the development and execution of business plans, identifying HR initiatives and programs in support of the business plan and the overall corporate objectives. Proactively learn the business, understand business strategies and translate these needs into finding effective HR solutions for the company. As a key member of the HR Business team, assist in the development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives and programs in support of global business plans and overall corporate objectives such as Talent Management; Performance Management; Workforce Planning; Succession Planning; New Employee Integration and the annual Compensation Review Process.

Essential job functions:
Provide HR leadership to the business unit and develop people strategies tied to business' goals.
Develop an understanding of the people and organizational strategy needs and design and execute solutions in the areas of talent management, leadership development, succession planning, organization structure, business process improvement, performance management, global teaming, rewards and recognition strategies, communications and staffing.
Be a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders in business and provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues.
Foster a diverse and fully engaged workforce, consistent with the core competencies of the organization.
Maximize organizational effectiveness through change management and organizational dynamics.
Proactively participate with other HR leaders to maximize the effectiveness of this highly matrixed HR team.
Develop HR team member skills and knowledge.
Proactively engage in workforce planning on a divisional and corporate level.
Participate in corporate, Human Resources and divisional projects as appropriate.
Oversee HR at remote facilities which do not have an HR presence.

Position Requirements/Skills:
Demonstrated ability to understand business drivers and to provide guidance on key people initiatives
Demonstrated success in a fast paced global environment, managing multiple projects with changing priorities
Strategic mindset combined with a bias for action and results; must be hands-on, resourceful and accustomed to working with lean staff resources

Ability to identify, support and drive change by working closely with the leadership to build an organization through best practices.

Knowledge and experience executing in a variety of areas within Human Resources including performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits
Highly motivated, customer focused, and well organized
Excellent computer skills in an MS office environment. Must include the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets utilizing Excel; ability to develop presentations in PowerPoint

Education and Experience Required:
10 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus in organization development; leadership development; consulting, coaching, and remote global teaming
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Industrial, Psychology or Organizational Development required.
SPHR preferred, but not required

Compensation: $160k+Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
