Facilities Engineer
Responsible for the planning and execution of building/facilities/equipment projects. Safely maintain, repair, and troubleshoot building equipment and processes. Coordinates with service vendors and internal staff to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget. Ensures facility waste complies with DEM, OSHA, NFPA, FM global and the NBC.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-BS in Engineering and 5 years experience.
-Demonstrate the ability to use power tools and craft equipment and read blue prints and wiring diagrams
-Must be able to respond to building-related emergency calls after-hours
-Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
-Project management experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
