Accounting & Office Assistant

International company is seeking to hire a detail oriented Office Accounting Assistant.
Some of the responsibilities include:
1. Assisting Sales department with order entry and other special projects
2. Processing customer invoices in a timely manner
3. Track and maintain contract billing
4. Help process customer payments and questions regarding payments
5. Assist in A/P when needed
6. Other miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications: Excellent Organizational Skills and Communication skills both written and oral. Must be able to Multi-task. Must know Excel and Word.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
