Master's degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts Dually licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island preferred Two or more years of social work experience relevant to health care Experience with community resources helpful Demonstrated skills in communication, documentation, assessment, and social work methods Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits.
