Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for providing support to the sales, pricing and category management team.
They will oversee and manage various tasks assigned to achieve objectives in sales and customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities oAnalyzes data from a variety of sources to develop models that forecast product profitability based on market dynamics and pricing strategies oPartner with sales, marketing, and finance departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for the Industrial product portfolio oDevelop and maintain dynamic pricing tools/configurators to respond to changing market needs and enhance the execution of our pricing strategies oCreates/administers pricing databases, ensure the integrity of pricing data, and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization oDevelop and promote harmonization of pricing processes across regions and portfolios oSupport migration of pricing and quotation from legacy systems General Responsibilities oLeads preparation of price analysis for management analyses oCompile data to provide analysis & problem solving for complex issues relating to pricing impact and reporting oWork closely with sales to develop customer quotations oPrepare and upload price change files oValidate price files oComplete market research oGather and summarize data from multiple sources to complete reports & special projects oResponsible for internal databases to ensure integrity within the system oLead in pulling Point of Sale Data oCompile sales & other reports oMaintain monthly/quarterly price scrape data Experience / Qualifications oA university degree required (i.
e.
Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
oMust be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands oStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentation oStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results oStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrity oHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards oProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) oStrong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers Qualifications and Skills highly desired:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
