A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES COORDINATOR As a Pet Care / Guests Services Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our customers whether that is in-person or over the phone.
You are the face of our business! Your friendly and helpful disposition is what drives you to get to know all of our clients and ensure their needs are met.
In addition to helping clients at our front desk, you also manage our retail inventory and keep our lobby and retail presentation looking fresh, clean, and organized.
