Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include being the point of contact for your customer base, order processing, quotations, expediting and following up on any issues. This position requires you to be the liaison between the customer and our internal teams. Excellent written, verbal and math skills are required. 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred. Precious metal experience would be helpful.
