Engineered Materials Solutions is searching for Experienced Machine Operators to join their team in Attleboro, MA. All shifts are available for well-qualified candidates!
Experience is not required, however If you have prior experience as a machine operator or experience in a manufacturing environment you will be compensated for your experience.
As a member of the team, you can expect:
- $2,000 Sign on Bonus and $2,000 referral Bonus! (Rules apply)
- Above average earnings - $38,000 - $60,000 DOE annually
- After training is completed, you will be eligible for a pay increase!

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate equipment in manufacturing facilities such as a bond, slit, or anneal.
- Must be able to work from prints and route cards.
- Inspect parts and gauge material.
- Set up and maintain various machines.
- Use various measuring instruments such as micrometers and verniers.
- May perform or assist in preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
- Maintain acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in the area.
- Maintain production records and make data entries into computer systems
- Always wear all required PPE.
- Other duties as required
